The film in Antarctica itself is goregous. There is a subtle construction by Herzog that feels at first like a random documentary, but then builds over time to something remarkable more than simply another film about “cute penguins”, or planet earth. The bonus features in this DVD package are extraordinary. Aside from the extra footage under the water and flying in a helicopter, there is a second disc. The second disc is almost worth the designate of admission, Johnathan Demme (director of Silence of the Lambs) interviews Werner Herzog for an hour and a half. The conversation is astounding. Demme opens the conversation reading a letter from Roger Ebert to Herzog(this film is dedicated to Roger) . Suffice it to say, there is nothing I can possibly add to the elephantine conversation. You will have to leer this improbable exchange.
Herzog apparently is highly influenced by music and sound. There is a fairly valuable thread through this film dealing with both. Within two days I have watched two films where sound played a very major role or was another character in the film. I can very highly recommend Fraulein. If you esteem film, I contemplate you will net Fraulein equally moving.
What the modern Amazon listing does not explicitly mention is the wealth of DVD EXTRAS that accompany the 100 miniature feature in this 2-DVD situation.

For ~$20, the two-disc location is well worth it – it would design a ample stocking stuffer for anyone with a Kevin or Andy character in his or her have life.

If you don’t have a DVD recorder then for the sake of the episode “Andy and Kevin Originate a Friend (or One Bang for Two Brothers) ” I would at least represent it onto VHS so you can hear it perfectly without having to turn the volume up all the intention. The bonus features are gorgeous frosty though but for me that the only proper thing. While the episodes are level-headed generous on this, if you don’t mind changes to music then go for this station, however as I said for one of the episode, damaged utter audio so be careful.

“Command and Dance in Dragon Land!” is a “Dragon Tales” (top-rated PBS series says the packaging — well, hopefully, it’s unexcited rated high enough for them to contemplate making another season) DVD (also available on video) containing twenty substantial “Dragon Tunes” segments from the note. These are normal Dragon Tunes, meaning, as usual, you won’t be getting any of the extended versions of the songs from the CD. This release is rather diminished by the fact that a lot of these songs were already included in the “Let’s Effect a Band” release, although not, of course, any of the songs from the third season / “More Dragon Tunes.” There are also a lot of noteable omissions — including the estimable songs “Cassie,” “Try” and “Dance.” The songs are accompanied by vast, all-capital, heroic, follow-along lyrics on shroud, which change colors as the song hits each word, also sometimes accompanied by an exploding firework accomplish. Unfortunately, there’s no contrivance to turn this off if you want to. The packaging lists an estimated time of 39 minutes — this is a lie, it’s 32 minutes, including the opening theme (not accompanied by the grand dauntless lettering lyrics) and the closing credits / theme (again, no on-screen lyrics.)

Viewing is full-screen only, although the sound and relate quality are very grand. One other thing that can be said for this DVD is that, like most Sesame Workshop products, a section of the proceeds go accurate serve into their programming.
My 3 year primitive picked this out from the library the other day, and it will definitely be a DVD that we occupy. It has 20 Dragon Tales songs and it lasts for about 30 minutes. My daughter danced for the entire 30 minutes! She’s never danced to the Wiggles, so I was fine amazed. My one year stale son enjoys listening to the music and clapping along as well.
All in all, I’d say if your child enjoys the “Dragon Tunes” from the present, then they will be pleased this.

Whether this advice is taken then rests entirely with Samantha.
In “Be it ever so mortgaged” we meet Gladys and Abner Kravitz (Alice Pearce and George Tobias) who are the Steven’s next door neighbors. Ever the busybody, Mrs. Kravitz begins a series-long tirade about `something curious going on over there’. Less concerned, her husband is a largely-silent type.
“It shouldn’t happen to a dog” introduces us to Darrin’s boss Larry Tate (David White) and his wife Louise (at this point being played by Irene Vernon) . It also previews the many problems Darrin will have working at the McMahon & Tate advertising company.
“The witches are out” finds Samantha protesting the negative pop culture images of witches traditionally associated with American Halloweens. With the assist of her beloved Aunt Clara (Marion Lorne) Samantha convinces an advertising client of Darrin’s that using a fine witch for their candy sales would be a better strategy through changing that executive’s appearance: If he did not like being an horrid witch, neither did they! Aunt Clara has the distinction of being Samantha’s only female relative who genuinely appears to like Darrin
Samantha meets her in-laws, Phyllis (Mabel Albertson) and Frank Stephens (Robert F. Simon) during “Samantha meets the folks”. Aunt Clara’s unexpected return and helping out upsets Darrin who had wanted his parents to occupy that Samantha did all the housework by herself. Because she had wanted to bag some fault with this housework (regardless of who actually did it), Phyllis was honestly disappointed by how perfect everything looked. Darrin’s mother is later relieved to learn that her daughter in law is not actually a salubrious housekeeper, and Darrin then makes up with Aunt Clara.
Aunt Clara makes another stout appearance in “There’s no witch like an outmoded witch”. Aunt Clara is a tremendous babysitter until she accidentally tells the kids that she is a witch. Because witches supposedly do not exist, she is barred from babysitting. Although a contemplate (who had every reason to doubt her statement of being a witch) is instead impressed with Aunt Clara, the Stephens settle to send her to Miami for a convenient glean away vacation with her friends. This will provide time for people to forget what they were told in this episode.
Forty years later, these episodes gain up colossal. Some sitcoms which cannot age well obviously depend on extras in the DVD sets in order to find market appeal with `today’s audience’. Bewitched is one of the rare titles which has always remained watch-able and really does not need the special features included in this release.
Even the ‘black and white’ filming of this season is not annoying. Bewitched was head and shoulders above many other sitcoms of the era to start with.
The impress for this product is really affordable considering the production quality AND all of the DVD extras. Peculiar DVD featurettes include bloopers, a feature how the ‘magic’ was performed, and a theatrical trailer for the upcoming Bewitched movie with Nicole Kidman.
I am only saddened that Montgomery and both `Darrins’ are no longer around to participate in the DVD release for this series.
Maybe I’m stuck in the past, but I don’t judge that (most) novel TV programs can compare to the tall writing and acting from the older shows. Bewitched is one of those shows from my childhood that collected shines brighter than anything unusual on the air today. Unless you subscribe to one of those specialty TV stations that replay the oldies, this DVD place is a must!
